Taking advantage of solar energy is one way consumers can save considerable amounts of energy and money. Solar energy systems are most commonly used to provide hot water for residential uses and take advantage of natural energy sources like the sun.
Martin Dixon, in our association and accreditation with Kingspan Solar, are taking a positive view of future solar powered installations and believe these new installations will fit well with the skills of our more established mechanical and electrical arms.
Thermodynamic Solar Energy
Thermodynamic Solar Energy represents a substantial leap forward in the development in the capture of the sun as an energy source.
Using simple high yielding solar panels without glass, the Energie thermodynamic solar panel system functions through an ecological refrigerant. This immediately captures both direct as well as diffused solar radiation, as well as the heat of the surrounding environment through natural convection.
Increasing the level of energy captured enables the Energies thermodynamic solar panels to work in:
Sunlight is restricted during parts of the year, placing limits on the operation of traditional solar panels. Energie thermodynamic solar panels can go beyond this limit by allowing water temperature to be raised in a highly efficient and economically viable way, even on rainy days or at night. These panels are capable of capturing the heat of the sun 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The high yield of the system enables a reduction in the area covered by panels in relation to traditional systems. The Energie system offers a more economic solution for domestic hot water, central heating, heating of pools or heating of water for industry.
