Heating installations need the skills of plumbing, gas engineering, ventilation and electrical personnel. All engineers must be trained to the strictest regulations that cover every aspect of building, water and gas.
All our trade’s people are qualified personnel with many years of experience. They are individually registered with the approved bodies responsible for gas and electrical installation. MDL project managed the complete renewal of this property which included stripping all the way back to brickwork, a complete re-wire and re-plumbing, as well as a full central heating system reforming interior to incorporate a new ensuite in the master bedroom. A complete new kitchen was also installed as well as lighting and audio systems, flooring etc.
