Martin Dixon has a long history of gas servicing and maintenance of gas systems.
Our engineers are maintaining, servicing and certifying thousands of housing association homes. They install full and partial systems for associations and private landlords, ensuring their compliance with Gas Industry Regulations.
All of our engineers are fully qualified and registered with the approved bodies, enabling them to issue Landlord Gas Safety Certificates. Our ongoing training programmes ensure they are up to date with changing products and regulations within the Industry.
We work through a dedicated servicing & maintenance networked computer system that collates information gathered about a property such as its service history and details of any maintenance work required, carried out or pending.
Tenants are sent letters with the servicing date for their appliances and landlords’ safety certificates are completed on site and entered into the Property Management System (PMS). Each property on the PMS carries a full service history and the date of the last and next service.
The PMS is used to view and schedule each engineer’s workload for the day; all notes appertaining to the request will be entered onto the system and can be reported directly to the client via email or fax.
