Martin Dixon Limited acknowledges the value of its employees at all levels throughout the organisation and the importance of good relationships and cooperation which allows contract completion to quality, programme, budget and client satisfaction.
The Company policy for recruitment is initially from the existing workforce, followed by selection from a database of past employees and finally by recruitment. Prospective candidates are interviewed prior to offer of employment, references of previous employment history verified and induction of company and site procedures at commencement.
Maintaining good relationships with trades is regarded as an important aspect of Project and Company Management. It is the contract manager’s responsibility to establish direct communication with site employees, ensuring the maintenance of the Industrial Relations Policy at site.
Quality Assurance Policy Statement
It is the Policy of Martin Dixon Limited that all the work undertaken by the Company shall be completed in accordance with prevalent specifications and statutory regulations, and that it shall be fit for the purpose for which it was contracted.

Identifying the areas of activity covered by the quality system and indicators to specific working procedures.

Consisting of an assembly of control procedures defining the specific responsibilities and actions to be taken.

Specific to the type of work to be carried out and the personnel designated the task.
